On the eighth day of Christmas...

It's BFB day! Which means more art! This time by the over-worked [livejournal.com profile] paperflower86, who was kind enough to work this in for me (since it's tradition and all). :D
BFB is Blue Forest Banshee by [livejournal.com profile] lavendarlizard and this would be the resident pissy dragon... in chibi form. Merry Christmas, DAHling! ^o^

I haven't tried clothing yet. I can't keep my tension stable and end up with funky looking things from time to time.

Crocheted clothing is awfully unforgiving... not nearly as stretchy as knitting. I'm toying with the idea of trying something more than hats and scarves for adults and giving a sweater vest or something a try. I'm just chicken it won't fit and then I'll be all bummed out over it.

Eh. Adults have funny body shapes anyway. Hard to get one pattern to fit ANYONE. If you get on etsy, you'll notice you could probably make a fortune on selling amigurumi.

Oh, mine aren't all that good. I don't do a great job of putting them together. When I look at some of the ones on Ravelry I'm just green. *sigh*

Ha! Have you seen the ones who cheat? They do the base in crochet and then use felt for the embellishments? >.> I need to learn how to cheat.

I think I'd like to get into sewing at some point, but I don't even know where to start. LOL I'm about to take some extreme couponing classes. Kinda thrilled about that, but it won't be anything near what you see on tv.
