This journal is wide open and I seldom make friends only posts. Most of what is posted here is art and fiction and the occasional bit of weirdness to occasionally prove I'm not dead.
I do not mind if you friend me, you don't need to ask. But be warned that I make a terrible LJ friend... I have very little free time and I try to spend as much of it as I can writing. My trips through LJ are usually rushed and I never get to interact the way I'd like to. Please don't be offended if I don't friend you back right away, I seldom even look at my info page to notice any new additions.
I've been told I can seem stand-offish, but honest... it's just a total inability to see the forest for the trees. ^^;

2011 update. I'm afraid I've pretty much stopped commenting on much of anything. Let's be honest; the time I spend on here is time I could be writing. I am not trying to be rude, I'm not trying to disappear, but I have got to maintain some focus or the next Ion won't happen until we're all too damn old to care. So I apologize profoundly, but my comments will be hit or miss for the foreseeable future. Carry on...
