I can see how you might have angsted over it. I honestly thought it was 'eureka' the moment Duo started painting the garden; I'd never have thought of it as competition!! Duo (you) thinks of EVERYTHING. And somehow, I just keep thinking that your next part will start with Duo's view (and woes) of kitchen remodelling. How sending some money off to Octavia had been the easy part, and when he got Demon he never had to remodel, but paint. =) more home improvement visits? lol!
(last night I was having a conversation with misao_duo about how our ideal husband would be ion!Heero. I also commented that I might not deal well with his over protectiveness and may throw a fit, even though I'd go back and apologize while feeling super guilty. She said that she loved him so much, she'd just deal with it all!! It's sad that ion!Heero (parts of him even!) doesn't seem to exist in the real world. T___T)
heehee planning is good!! I can't wait to see more. I wish, though, that we could see the scene where Trowa and Quatre ended up with their rings, and what is inscribed inside it. Maybe, if you're inspired?? *hopeful* I love their relationship in Ion as well, and I love your Trowa character, he's so funny and all sorts of awesome!! And you being as creative as you are, it makes me wonder just what in the world you'd write as an inscription inside the ring!!
(speaking of which, the moment where Duo realized the necklace is gone totally made me freak out that there COULD have been an angst moment...but then it was relocated, phew!)
