And fic doesn't count as update, really. (Does it? Maybe it does!) LJ is for live stuff, like how you saved a grasshopper from drowning the other day, or how you reaped your first corn cob from your very own crop the other day (and omg how delicious it was!) or the insane stuff the goldfish get up to and that you counted 14 the last time you counted and this morning you saw three tiny ones and you really don't think you've included those in your count last time because they were probably too small to see then and now you're counting 17 fish and that's definitely way too many for that little pond... or, you know, stuff like that. :)
