Duo's right, most practical jokes are rather mean spirited. My best friend and her husband pulled those kinds of stunts on each other all the time, and now they're divorced. I'm as curious as Duo was about why his friends pulled such a nasty prank on him when he believed he'd hadn't done anything similar to them, other than the teasing he mentioned. I can only imagine that after eavesdropping on his conversation, everyone of his friends felt justifiably guilty for making him sick.
With Duo's insight and patience in explaining the situation to a boy who (at first) was determined to not understand, Noin's comment seems apt, saying he'd be a good dad. Very nice one-shot, thank you for sharing it with us. So, do you have any other gems hidden deep within your files to share? Honestly, we don't care how long you've been holding onto them. ^_^
